I HATE MICE!

So as some of you know we have had problems with mice since we have moved into the house that we are renting. We have bait set around the house and we also have traps. Now since we have been here I am normally the lucky one that get's to see them running across the floor. The other night around 4 in the morning I was woken up by a squeeling mouse that had ran to a place near my side of the bed. Just when the mouse was running around Azlie woke up for a feeding. I asked Ben to get her and he grummbled about it. I then informed him there was no way I was going to be putting my feet down till I knew where that mouse was. I am glad that I waited and he got her because as I was feeding Azlie I saw the mouse run from where I would have put my foot.

Now I wish that would of been the last of the mice problems for the week but then we started to notice some foul oder in our room. Ben finally figured out that it was a dead mouse so he went on the hunt for it and found it behind our hot water heater.

Then this morning I walked out of our room and saw that one of our chairs in the living room wasn't where I liked it so I went to move it and looked down to see a mouse laying on it's back dead. Ben's comment to me was that it was freshly dead. Great huh. I am just glad that he was here to pick it up because I hate touching mice for any reason. I am also that the girls didn't find it and try to pick it up. They are so helpful sometimes. I would really like to move from this house and not have to worry about seeing mice run around.

Also along the same lines of not wanting to live in this house. I have never lived somewhere that there are so many creepy crawly things around. I spend my days killing all sorts of bugs. I think we could feed a small country with all the bugs that are killed in our house.

Yeah, I am smarter than plastic

FHE! So much fun. Ben looks for any way to have a campfire. The girls got to have their first banana boats which went over pretty well and then they just love somores. Cecilia wanted to roast the marshmellows but she did't want to eat them.

Azlie objecting to her outfit. This is the last time she wore 3-6 mo cloths. but I have to say she looks so cute even if she is protesting. Can you believe she's not even 3 months yet. She is heavier than most the babies under 1 in our ward. Oh and to Britt I don't know how I get all these big kids and yours are little.

Ben was looking really tired yestereday and I asked if he wanted to take a nap. He told me he was good and a couple of minutes later while he was taking care of Azlie this is what I found. Both of them passed out.

This is what we do on rainy days. Ben thinks that I am crazy when I do this to the dog. I on the other hand think this is one of the most funny things. Watching a dog walk around in little kids cloths what's better.

I hate computers

So I know that a blog isn't any fun with out pictures and so I tried to upload some pictures and for some reason my computer wouldn't let me. We had a great fathers day. We bought Ben a motorcycle and a bunch of other stuff. He tried to teach me how to ride but all I ended up with was a nasty bruse. Yup I layed the bike down on it's side. Ben wanted to know if I wanted to try again and I quickly said no due to fear and the pain that I already had. I am still hoping to get some pictures uploaded soon so maybe this wouldn't be so boring.

Summer is never coming

I am still surprized at how cold the weather is. While in Ut last week we were so spoiled to have warm weather. It really made coming home to Wy that much harder. One thing I will say is that as soon as we drove into Ut last friday it really didn't feel like home. It was the first time for me that I have felt like that. The great thing was that when we got back to Wy everything just felt right. Now all we need is to have our house sell.

So we have beel lucky enough to have my mom come into town. She hadn't had an opportunity to see Azlie yet but we are thankful that she has been able to come now and see Azlie while she was still small. Not that she's that small any more. I am thinking that we are going to have to put her in the 6-9 mo cloths. She gets all angry when she's in her jammies and they are tight around her feet. She is actually growing faster than Cecilia did at her age. A two and half month old in 6-9 mo cloths. Ben and I have big babies.

Good News, Bad News

So I always get the choice of good news or bad news I always choose the bad news first so that I have something to look forward to. So here's the bad news. Last week Ben's great Aunt passed away in her sleep. It was sort of a shock since she was doing well the day before. At the same time the whole family took comfort in the fact that she has now been reunited with her husband she lost almost 30 years ago. We were able to travel down to St. George to be there for the services. It was really nice and it was so nice to see family. I am always amazed at how much family Ben has.

Now the good news. On the way home from St. George we got a call from our agent and said that we had an offer. We were unable to accept since they low balled us. We countered with the absolute lowest that we could possibly go and now we are just waiting to hear back. We are hoping to hear something by the morning. Also the house was showed again today so that would be really nice to have two offers. We are so blessed by the Lord.

Snow what

We have been having a little bit of a cold spell the last couple of days and we actually got snow. Can you believe it? It's almlost June and we are still getting snow here. I am told that one day it might get warm here and stay warm for a couple of months. I have pictures of what you do here when it's cold, snowing, and raining all day. I'll have to find the cord for the camera and post.

After the kids got a couple of days outside and playing they went crazy having to stay inside. Well they more drove me crazy. Today is looking like it's going to be nice but weather can change so fast here it's hard tosay that it's going to stay that way.

I hope all of you are having warm sunny weather. If you could bottle it up and send it to me. Have a great day!
