Snow what

We have been having a little bit of a cold spell the last couple of days and we actually got snow. Can you believe it? It's almlost June and we are still getting snow here. I am told that one day it might get warm here and stay warm for a couple of months. I have pictures of what you do here when it's cold, snowing, and raining all day. I'll have to find the cord for the camera and post.

After the kids got a couple of days outside and playing they went crazy having to stay inside. Well they more drove me crazy. Today is looking like it's going to be nice but weather can change so fast here it's hard tosay that it's going to stay that way.

Home inspection

Today we had the home inspection on the house that we want to buy. The person who we had do it seemed to know what he was doing. He took 2 hours to do the inspection and then walked through the house with me for another hour and 15 minutes. Nothing major came up. There is always work that is going to need to be done no matter if you buy new or old. I do have to say that everytime we walk through the house it makes me hate the house we are living in that much more. But we are hoping that our home in Roy will go under contract soon and we will be able to have a set date when we can move from here into a home where we can raise our family for a long time to come (I hope). Hey Meg don't you and Mike want to buy our home so when you finally do get to come back to the states you have your very own home? Just think you could use it as a rental till you get back and have Lisa and her hubby manage it for you.

So I thought I would be like everyone else and start a blog. Actually it's Meg's fault it was her suggestion. We hope that you find enjoyment in hearing what is going on in our lives. I know that I love to read what is going on with every one else. I will put more on later but for now we're good.
